Previously, when filling out the attendance form, you simply entered in the totals, Sunday by Sunday, and I figured up the averages . . . I would like to change that.
Please enter ONE total for each category.
1 total for SS
1 total for Sunday AM
1 total for Sunday PM
FORMULA for figuring out the averages - ADD the TOTALS for all 3 categories, and then DIVIDE by the number of Sundays.
NOTE I: Round off to the nearest tenth . . . (Example - - - An average of 35.5 would be 36)
NOTE II: Do note count any services that have been canceled. It will negatively affect your average!
